Introduction

Fix My Resume and RoleRoo are provided by Wknd Studio by LookSideway LLC. These terms govern the Fix My Resume website, our connected ChatGPT resume tools, and RoleRoo, our job-matching service, which is offered on its own website. By using any of these services, you agree to these terms. Updated October 11, 2026.

ChatGPT resume tools

Account linking is required. Generations use your existing account allowance or credits; the plugin does not process purchases. Website purchases remain subject to the plan and checkout terms shown there. The tools help analyze and tailor supplied resume information, draft cover letters and export PDF or Word files. They do not submit applications, contact employers or verify credentials.

AI scores are estimates, not an employer's private ATS results or a hiring guarantee. Check all generated facts before using them. Only submit information you are authorized to process. Export links can be accessed by anyone who has them until expiry; see our Privacy Policy.

RoleRoo job matching

RoleRoo finds job openings, mainly at recently funded companies, by collecting publicly available information such as company careers pages, applicant-tracking system job boards, funding announcements and public filings. Listings, company details and funding information come from third parties. We do not verify them and do not guarantee that they are accurate or complete, or that a role is still open.

RoleRoo is not an employer, recruiter or employment agency, and we do not act on behalf of any company listed. We do not submit applications for you or contact employers on your behalf. You apply directly on the employer's website, and the employer's own terms apply there. Match scores and AI-tailored resumes are automated suggestions. They are not a promise of an interview, an offer or employment. Review every tailored resume and make sure it is accurate before you send it.

To receive matches you provide answers about your experience and preferences, your name and email address, and optionally your resume. You confirm that this information is yours to share. By giving us your email you agree to receive emails about your matches and your RoleRoo account, including reminders if you start but do not finish signing up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration and Use

You may need to register an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

Users may post content as long as it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the site to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful conduct or to transmit viruses or malware.

Privacy and Data Protection

Payments and Refunds

Paid plans, credit passes, and job postings are billed through our third-party payment provider. All payments are final and non-refundable — including subscription fees, one-time credit purchases, and job-posting fees — except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancellation does not refund amounts already paid, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Job-posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

RoleRoo subscriptions renew automatically. The weekly, monthly and 3-month plans are charged at the start of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your RoleRoo account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information available on our site.
